Confidence Forward will not knowingly contact an employer, submit an application, or share a client’s resume with an outside organization without the client’s authorization, except where services are being delivered through an authorized partner program that clearly permits such activity.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no website, email system, electronic transmission, or data-storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You submit information electronically at your own risk and should avoid sending highly sensitive information through unsecured channels.

Confidence Forward will obtain appropriate permission before intentionally using an identifiable client’s photograph, video, recording, testimonial, success story, or personal statement for advertising or promotional purposes.
Participation in a workshop or service does not automatically give Confidence Forward permission to publicly use a participant’s image or personal story unless consent has been provided.
Virtual sessions will not be recorded without notice and appropriate consent.
