Welcome to Confidence Forward Job Prep (“Confidence Forward,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using www.confidenceforwardjobprep.org, registering for services, purchasing products, scheduling appointments, or participating in our workshops, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

Confidence Forward provides career development services, including but not limited to:

• Career coaching

• Resume writing and resume reviews

• Interview preparation and mock interviews

• Workforce readiness workshops

• Career planning

• LinkedIn profile assistance

• Job search coaching

• Professional development training

• Virtual and in-person workshops

• Digital and printed educational materials

Services are educational and coaching-based and are not legal, financial, or mental health counseling services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services independently. Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent, legal guardian, school, or authorized organization.

3. Appointments

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and arriving on time for scheduled appointments.

Virtual appointments require a stable internet connection and access to the required meeting platform.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of your appointment or registration.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are generally non-refundable.

Workshops and group trainings may have separate cancellation policies communicated at registration.

If Confidence Forward must cancel a session, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a refund, as appropriate.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of coaching and digital resources:

• Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.

• Digital downloads, templates, and online materials are non-refundable.

• Refund requests for workshops or prepaid services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when applicable.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information.

• Participate respectfully.

• Complete agreed-upon assignments when applicable.

• Review resumes, applications, and career documents before submitting them to employers.

• Make their own employment decisions.

8. No Employment Guarantee

Confidence Forward provides guidance, coaching, and educational resources to improve employment readiness.

We do not guarantee:

• Employment

• Job offers

• Interviews

• Promotions

• Salary increases

• Acceptance into any employer’s hiring process

Hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Confidence Forward, including:

• Course content

• Workbooks

• Worksheets

• Templates

• Presentations

• Videos

• Training materials

• Graphics

• Website content

are the property of Confidence Forward unless otherwise noted.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.

Purchased materials are licensed for personal use unless a separate organizational license is provided.

10. Workshops and Group Training

Participants are expected to maintain a respectful learning environment.

Confidence Forward reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the session without refund.

Organizations purchasing training for employees or participants remain responsible for communicating workshop expectations to attendees.

11. Confidentiality

Confidence Forward respects the privacy of clients and will make reasonable efforts to keep information confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information may be disclosed when required by law or with the client’s authorization.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Confidence Forward and its owner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, services, workshops, or materials.

Our total liability for any claim relating to paid services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt unauthorized access to website systems.

• Upload harmful software or malicious code.

• Misrepresent your identity.

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website may include links to third-party services such as payment processors, scheduling tools, video meeting platforms, job boards, or social media.

Confidence Forward is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

15. Changes to Services or Pricing

Confidence Forward reserves the right to modify services, pricing, schedules, course offerings, and website content at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect services that have already been purchased unless both parties agree otherwise.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

Confidence Forward may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
